The crash occurred at the Swimming Pool chicane, with Bottas losing control of his car and hitting the barrier. The session was stopped for several minutes while Bottas' car was removed from the track.

Leclerc Sets Pace in Qualifying

Charles Leclerc set the pace in qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix, securing pole position ahead of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. Leclerc's time of 1:10.346 was the fastest of the weekend, and it was enough to give him the advantage on the narrow and twisty Monaco street circuit.
